The Supreme Council of the judiciary
The chief justice preside over supreme council
of the judiciary which includes the deputies of the chief justice,
tow of the heads of judicial organs the ministers of justice and
finance who represent the executive and three other persons of high
qualifications and experience to help the council in the discharge
of its financial and legislative functions.
The council has a general secretariat headed by
a Supreme Court judge. Undertakes the preparation for the meeting of
the council, the keeping of the minutes and the follow –up and
executions of its resolutions. Attached to the general secretariat
of the council are the following divisions: -
1/the council’s secretariat division
2/the judicial inspection division
3/ the judicial statistics division
4/ the personnel division
